If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nOperations Supervisor - Bulk\nAre you a hands-on operations leader who enjoys being on the floor with your team and seeing the results of your work firsthand?\nOur Bulk Operations team is looking for an Operations Supervisor who brings previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution or similarly fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.\nIn this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for bulk order fulfillment, keeping safety, quality, productivity and accurate execution at the center of the operation. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend the majority of your shift on the distribution center floor, working directly with your team, coaching performance, monitoring workflow and helping solve operational challenges in real time.\nIf you’re an experienced frontline supervisor who enjoys developing people, solving problems and keeping a busy operation moving, this may be the opportunity for you.\nAs an Operations Supervisor - Bulk, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our bulk order fulfillment team, overseeing picking, packing and shipping activities to help ensure orders are completed safely, accurately and on time. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend the majority of your shift on the distribution center floor, working directly with your team to monitor workflow, coach performance, solve problems and keep operations moving.\nEssential Functions\nLead, coach and develop a team of bulk order fulfillment associates while building an engaged, productive and safety-focused work environment.\nPlan and oversee daily bulk picking, packing and shipping activities to ensure orders are completed safely, accurately and on time.\nMaintain an active presence on the distribution center floor, working directly with associates, monitoring workflow and addressing operational challenges in real time.\nMonitor productivity, quality and attendance using labor management systems, providing feedback and addressing performance concerns as needed.\nPartner with Inventory, Transportation and other teams to troubleshoot issues and keep operations moving efficiently.\nSupport labor and expense management, including overtime, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements and operational standards.\nHelp drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost while ensuring equipment and work areas are properly maintained.\nAlong with the responsibilities you’ll be given at McKesson, we’ll also encourage you to make the most of our training and development. While the primary schedule is Monday through Friday, overtime or additional coverage may occasionally be needed based on business requirements.\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually\n 8% annual incentive opportunity, paid quarterly\n16 days of paid time off (PTO)\n7 company-observed holidays plus 5 additional personal holidays\nHealth benefits beginning the first day of the month following your start date\nCompany-matched 401(k)\nAccess to a comprehensive health and wellness program\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role\nCritical Preferred Requirements\n Demonstrated experience directly supervising, leading and developing employees in a fast-paced operation\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics\nAbility to maintain an active presence on the floor and lead employees through day-to-day operational demands\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or labor management systems (LMS)\nStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced distribution environment\nAdditional Knowledge & Skills\nIndustry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environments preferred\nComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office\nExperience coaching employees, providing feedback and managing performance\nExperience with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks\nAbility to interpret and use operational data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement\nStrong focus on safety, quality and continuous process improvement\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nHigh-energy distribution center environment\nActive, floor-based leadership role requiring extended periods of standing and walking throughout the shift\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to safely work around and oversee the use of material handling equipment\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
