You’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, support daily operational planning, and foster a positive, high-performance environment. Your leadership helps ensure that life-saving medications reach patients who depend on them every day.\nSchedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-2:30 AM. Hours will rotate after initial onboarding.\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities)\nSupport the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing night shift warehouse activities.\n\nLead, coach, and develop associates and lead staff to ensure high morale, work quality, and performance standards.\n\nTrain team members and manage performance through consistent feedback and accountability.\n\nIdentify root-cause issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficient workflow.\n\nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and safety policies.\n\nAssist with managing operational expenses, overtime, and employee turnover.\n\nMaintain high standards of equipment functionality, warehouse organization, and housekeeping.\n\nPromote teamwork, communication, and an inclusive culture across the shift.\n\nBasic Requirements\nMINIMUM EDUCATION & TYPICAL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIV. COMBINATION: Typically has 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing frontline staff.\n\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and make sound operational decisions.\n\nProven ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive team culture.\n\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution operations.\n\nSkills in interviewing, coaching, performance documentation, and employee relations.\n\nExperience working with DEA-regulated inventory (a plus).\n\nFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\n\nAbility to interpret and analyze operational data; MS Access experience a plus.\n\nDescription of Travel or In-Office and Physical Requirements\nFlexibility to work Sunday-Thursday night shift, with a typical start time of 5 PM, and adjust hours or work overtime based on business needs.\n\nThis is a fully on-site role in a high-energy distribution center environment.\n\nMay require working various shifts, including nights and occasionally days, based on business needs.\n\nSome overtime may be required.\n\nMust be able to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating material handling equipment as needed.\n\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
