This role combines technical program management with infrastructure coordination, vendor oversight, and service transition planning to ensure successful project delivery in a regulated environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness, driving highquality outcomes that support secure and modern workplace experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nLead end-to-end delivery of IT,, and workplace/AV deployment projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets are met\nManage workplace technology rollouts (AV systems, collaboration tools, office infrastructure) in partnership with construction and facilities teams\nOversee vendor management including AV integrators, contractors, and technology providers\nCoordinate infrastructure readiness across network, security, and workplace platforms\nDevelop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and dependency tracking mechanisms\nDrive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution across stakeholders\nLead governance, reporting, and compliance tracking within a regulated environment\nPlan and execute service transition activities, including change management, training, and operational handoff\nBasic Requirements: \n4+ years of experience in IT project management, , or workplace technology deployments\nProven experience managing cross-functional projects with vendors and internal stakeholders\nHands-on experience with AV deployments, workplace technology rollout, or infrastructure projects\nStrong project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation experience\nAbility to coordinate across network, security, and workplace systems\nExperience with project governance, reporting, and compliance processes\nSkilled in stakeholder communication and executive reporting\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nExperience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar)\nBackground managing large new buildouts, renovations, and decommissioning technology projects\nFamiliarity with workplace transformation programs (smart offices, hybrid collaboration tools)\nExperience managing construction or facilities-related technology deployments\nKnowledge of service transition frameworks (ITIL or similar)\nFamiliar with reading floor plans and blueprints\nStrong data analysis and reporting skills for program insights\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Real Estate or related field\nTravel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements\nHybrid or remote work depending on project needs\nOccasional travel required for site deployments or stakeholder engagement\nAbility to support on-site coordination for workplace or AV implementation phases\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
