The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.\nAbout the Role (What You'll Do):\nMcKesson Canada is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across our Specialty Health business unit. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.\nReporting to the Sr. Manager, Project Management, you will manage multiple projects that support Patient Support Programs (PSP), Specialty Pharmacy, and other healthcare solutions. Working closely with business, operational, and technology stakeholders, you will drive project execution, manage risks, facilitate decision-making, and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities):\nLead end-to-end project delivery for medium to large-scale healthcare and business initiatives.\n\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.\n\nMonitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.\n\nFacilitate project governance activities and provide status reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.\n\nDevelop risk mitigation strategies and drive resolution of project challenges.\n\nPartner with business teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success measures.\n\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support solution implementation.\n\nTrack project performance and implement corrective actions when required.\n\nDrive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across operational, technology, and business teams.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery practices and business processes.\n\nManage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.\n\nBasic Requirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n4+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology projects.\n\nHealthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, infusion clinic, or biopharma industry experience.\n\nExperience developing and managing project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\n\nExperience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.\n\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nExperience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP).\n\nExperience with system implementations, software deployments, or digital transformation initiatives.\n\nKnowledge of SDLC, SaaS implementations, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience leading organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.\n\nPMP certification or equivalent project management certification.\n\nKnowledge of specialty pharmaceutical services and patient access programs.\n\nExperience influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.\n\nExperience facilitating executive-level presentations, meetings, and decision-making forums.\n\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
