If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nAbout the Role:\nMcKesson is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead for USPD to lead the execution of our Pharma business Salesforce sales and service cloud capabilities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational performance of Salesforce programs across multiple platform domains. This role ensures delivery teams consistently ship high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and aligned to the enterprise Salesforce roadmap. The Director serves as the primary delivery interface between business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering, translating requirements into executable plans and driving sprint-level outcomes.\nWhat you’ll Do:\nOwn end-to-end delivery execution for assigned Salesforce programs, including requirements analysis, solution design, build, test, release, and post-deployment support. \nLead and manage a cross-functional delivery team of developers, analysts, QA engineers, and vendor resources, with accountability for performance, coaching, and professional development. \nTranslate product roadmaps and business requirements into executable delivery plans, managing scope, capacity, dependencies, and sprint commitments. \nPartner with solution architects to ensure technical designs meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and platform reuse across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Experience, Data). \nDrive sprint and release execution with discipline-owning backlog grooming, sprint planning, velocity tracking, release readiness, and go-live coordination. \nManage vendor delivery teams at the execution level, ensuring backlog readiness, quality standards, SLA adherence, and day-to-day delivery alignment. \nOperate delivery governance routines including stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, dependency management, and risk/issue escalation to senior leadership. \nEnsure all delivery practices meet McKesson's security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, embedding quality assurance and security-by-design into development workflows. \nDrive continuous improvement in delivery practices, including adoption of DevOps tooling, automated testing, CI/CD maturity, and AI-assisted development where applicable. \nBuild strong working relationships with business product owners, IT partners, and end-users to ensure solutions meet functional needs and drive measurable adoption and value. \nMinimum Requirements:\nDegree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of diversified program leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). \nProven executive accountability for enterprise-scale Salesforce programs spanning multiple orgs, business units, and geographies. \nDemonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes. \nDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise delivery models. \nStrong financial and portfolio management experience, including multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor ecosystems. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. \nProven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role. \nExtensive experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud, including hands-on implementation and customization. \nExperience with Salesforce Life Sciences, Field Service Lightning cloud, and Marketing Cloud. \nExperience with Salesforce Agentic AI \nExperience with patient support programs is highly desirable. \nStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security. \nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. \nSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are a plus.\nTravel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements\nTravel requirements as per business needs.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
