This role contributes to the development and execution of digital marketing capabilities, supporting campaign automation, personalization, and customer engagement initiatives under general guidance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)\nTranslate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members\nBuild and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, and automations\nDevelop dynamic, personalized communications using AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud scripting tools\nPerform data segmentation, audience targeting, and list management activities\nSupport integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, external data sources)\nExecute and support campaign deployments, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines\nTroubleshoot campaign, data, and automation issues and provide timely resolution\nParticipate in testing, validation, and deployment activities\nEnsure compliance with enterprise data governance, privacy, and security standards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, analytics, and IT\nWhat You Bring\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities\nWorking knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder\nExperience with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email development and personalization\nUnderstanding of marketing automation concepts, customer journeys, and campaign lifecycle\nExperience with data segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber management\nFamiliarity with integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)\nExposure to APIs and data exchange concepts\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nMinimum Requirements\nDegree or equivalent experience\nTypically requires4+ years of relevant experience\nPreferable Skills & Experience:\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer)\nExperience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud\nFamiliarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or enterprise data ecosystems\nExperience with personalization and segmentation strategies at scale\nExposure to REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nFamiliarity with DevOps and release management practices in marketing technology\nExposure to AI-driven marketing capabilities (e.g., Einstein, predictive segmentation, journey optimization)\nExperience supporting large-scale marketing campaigns in enterprise environments\nExperience in healthcare environment\nWork Model / Physical Requirements\nWe are Flex and Connect with 2 days a week in office\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
