If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nSenior Business Intelligence Analyst\nPosition Summary\nThe Finance Data & Analytics Partner serves as the primary analytics and technology partner for assigned Finance organizations while remaining actively responsible for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions. This role combines hands-on development with business partnership and product ownership. The Finance Data & Analytics Partner is expected to develop high-value analytics products that improve decision-making and business performance by building trusted relationships with business leaders.\nThis position owns the complete lifecycle of analytics products from strategy and roadmap planning through implementation, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalytics Solution Design & Development\nDevelop and deliver analytics products that support decision-making and operational excellence.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions\nBuild dashboards, scorecards, self-service reporting, and data products\nDevelop semantic models and reusable business logic\nCreate scalable and maintainable reporting solutions\nHelp develop AI-enabled analytics experiences where appropriate\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernize existing reporting\nEnsure solutions meet performance, usability, and reliability expectations\nSupport transition from traditional reporting to modern data products\nBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as the dedicated analytics partner for assigned business domains and drive continuous improvement and innovation.\nBuild strong relationships with Finance leaders and stakeholders\nParticipate in planning sessions, business reviews, and strategic discussions\nUnderstand evolving business needs and priorities\nAdvise business leaders on analytics, automation, and AI opportunities\nFacilitate requirements discussions and solution planning\nAct as the primary point of contact for analytics initiatives\nProduct Ownership & Portfolio Management\nOwn the analytics portfolio for assigned business domains.\nMaintain and prioritize product backlogs\nDevelop short and long-term roadmaps\nEvaluate competing requests and prioritize based on business value\nManage product lifecycles and enhancement strategies\nEnsure solutions continue to deliver measurable value\nDrive adoption and continuous improvement\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years developing analytics solutions\nExperience with dashboard and report development\nStrong stakeholder engagement experience\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions\nDemonstrated ability to independently deliver complex analytics products\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Finance organizations\nProduct Ownership experience\nGoogle Cloud Platform experience\nAgile delivery experience\nData modeling experience\nData Modeling\nSemantic Layer Development\nRequirements gathering\nProcess analysis\nKPI development\nSolution design\nSuccess Measures\nOn-time delivery of analytics products\nSolution quality and reliability\nStakeholder satisfaction\nBusiness value delivered\nBacklog management effectiveness\nRoadmap execution\nProduct utilization\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
