We are seeking a Senior Director, Distribution Center Operations to drive operational excellence, financial performance, safety, quality, and workforce engagement across a high-volume distribution center.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic & Operational Leadership\nLead all distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and quality.\nExecute long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain performance goals.\nDeliver results across safety, service, productivity, quality, and cost metrics.\nFinancial & Business Management\nOwn operating and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and profitability.\nUse data, KPIs, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.\nContinuous Improvement & Transformation\nLead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and large-scale operational improvements.\nPeople & Culture Leadership\nLead a large, multi-layered workforce, including unionized employees.\nBuild high-performing teams focused on safety, accountability, engagement, and development.\nPartner with Labor Relations to foster positive union relationships.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with Health Canada regulations, cGMP standards, and internal policies.\nMaintain audit readiness and operational integrity across the site.\nQualifications:\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.\n12+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.\n7+ years leading large-scale operations and multi-level teams.\nPreferred\nExperience leading unionized distribution center operations.\nExpertise in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management.\nStrong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.\nExperience managing significant operating and capital budgets.\nWhy Join Us?\nLead a critical distribution operation, influence enterprise strategy, develop high-performing teams, and drive meaningful impact across the supply chain network.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
