In this role, you will establish program direction, coordinate interconnected workstreams, and guide teams through planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement.\nYou will partner with business and technology leaders to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines disciplined program management with Lean Six Sigma expertise and communicates complex information clearly to executive stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead large-scale IT and business transformation initiatives involving multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams. \nEstablish program objectives, scope, success measures, governance, delivery roadmaps, and decision-making processes. \nBuild trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders. \nPrepare executive-level reports and presentations covering progress, financial performance, dependencies, decisions, risks, and business outcomes. \nDevelop and manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, capacity needs, and delivery trade-offs. \nIdentify program risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies; lead mitigation, escalation, and resolution activities. \nApply Lean Six Sigma methods to analyze processes, remove inefficiencies, improve performance, and sustain measurable results. \nFacilitate program reviews, lessons learned, and continuous-improvement activities that strengthen delivery practices. \nBasic Requirements\n7+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects, programs, or enterprise transformation initiatives. \nCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. \nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. \nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including stakeholder management and executive reporting. \nExperience managing program budgets, financial forecasts, resource plans, and cross-functional capacity. \nDemonstrated experience identifying, communicating, mitigating, and resolving complex program risks and issues. \nExperience establishing program governance, success measures, delivery plans, and executive decision forums. \nBachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. \nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience delivering technology transformation in a large, complex, or regulated enterprise. \nAdvanced knowledge of project, program, portfolio, and change-management methodologies. \nExperience managing vendors, implementation partners, contracts, or statements of work. \nFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery approaches. \nExperience using portfolio dashboards, scheduling tools, financial systems, or work-management platforms. \nAbility to translate strategic priorities and business requirements into executable transformation plans. \nStrong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive communication skills. \nExperience establishing sustainable process controls and measuring transformation benefits. \nWorking Conditions:\nIn office requirement, we are Flex and Connect with 2 days a week in office\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
