This role will define architecture standards, guide AI strategy, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that improve employee experiences, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.\nAs a senior technical leader, you will shape the future of ServiceNow AI capabilities across enterprise functions while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, compliance, and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps for ServiceNow AI and intelligent automation solutions.\nDesign scalable, enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, and emerging AI capabilities.\nDevelop conceptual, logical, and solution architectures supporting business transformation initiatives.\nPartner with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nEstablish AI governance, security, compliance, and operational guardrails aligned with enterprise standards.\nGuide implementation teams through architecture reviews, design decisions, integrations, and platform best practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve automation, productivity, and user experiences.\nMentor architects and engineering teams while promoting modern architecture, cloud, DevOps, and AI adoption practices.\nBasic Requirements\n8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, enterprise applications, or technology consulting.\n5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.\nExperience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple business domains.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or Workflow Data Fabric.\nStrong knowledge of solution architecture, integration design, APIs, cloud technologies, and security principles.\nExperience communicating architecture strategy and technical decisions to both technical and business audiences.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or LLM-powered solutions.\nKnowledge of AI governance, model oversight, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.\nExperience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, App Engine, or other ServiceNow product suites.\nFamiliarity with TOGAF, enterprise architecture frameworks, and architecture governance practices.\nExperience supporting cloud modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability initiatives.\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or AI-focused certifications.\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.\nTrack record of leading innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise transformation programs.\nTravel / Work Location / Physical Requirements\nLimited travel may be required based on business needs.\nHybrid or remote work arrangements may be available in accordance with company policy.\nAbility to participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations both virtually and in person.\nAbility to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWorking Conditions:\nIn office requirement, we are Flex and Connect with 2 days a week in office\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
