This role combines advanced analytics, governance reporting, and executive-level storytelling to help ensure AI systems are monitored, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.\nYou will partner with business leaders, risk teams, data scientists, and technology stakeholders to transform complex AI governance data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics frameworks. This position plays a critical role in driving transparency, compliance, and trusted AI adoption across the enterprise.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and maintain enterprise AI governance and model risk dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.\nDevelop reporting frameworks for model inventories, risk ratings, review status, controls testing, and compliance activities.\nCreate advanced SQL queries and data models supporting AI governance repositories, assessment results, and audit trails.\nDefine and track Responsible AI KPIs, including fairness metrics, model performance trends, compliance measures, and governance effectiveness indicators.\nTranslate technical AI risk findings into executive- and board-ready presentations, reports, and visualizations.\nDevelop automated reporting pipelines and data preparation processes using Python and/or R.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, improve governance processes, and drive data-informed decisions.\nAssess emerging analytics, governance, and reporting technologies to enhance organizational AI risk management capabilities.\nBasic Requirements\n7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI Governance, Model Risk Management, Data Governance, or related fields.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience building enterprise dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.\nAdvanced SQL expertise including complex joins, data transformation, data modeling, and performance optimization.\nExperience designing KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting frameworks.\nExperience presenting analytical insights to senior leaders and business stakeholders.\nExperience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience supporting Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, or Model Risk Management programs.\nPython or R programming experience for analytics automation and reporting.\nExperience with model inventories, validation processes, risk assessments, and governance workflows.\nKnowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and emerging governance standards.\nExperience developing internal web applications or reporting portals.\nExperience creating board-level reporting and executive communications.\nFamiliarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.\nExperience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional initiatives.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
