This role partners with cybersecurity leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity workstreams in a dynamic environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and project governance is essential.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage Digital Workplace Services projects and workstreams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.\nFacilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive project updates.\nMonitor project budgets, timelines, scope, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans and escalate concerns when appropriate.\nPartner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to align requirements and project objectives.\nUtilize Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools to track progress, document decisions, and manage workflows.\nCoordinate vendor activities and support governance, compliance, change management, and adoption efforts.\nBasic Requirements\n2+ years of experience in project management, program management, IT project coordination, cybersecurity project delivery, or related technology environments.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, , Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nExperience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.\nExperience using Planview Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking and collaboration tools.\nExperience providing stakeholder communications, project reporting, and status updates.\nExperience managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nExperience supporting risk management, issue tracking, and escalation processes.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects in a technology environment.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience supporting workplace technology and infrastructure projects enterprise-wide.\nExperience with vendor management and third-party delivery coordination.\nKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for technology projects.\nExperience supporting organizational change management and user adoption activities.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.\nAbility to analyze project data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.\nStrong facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
