If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on Vendor and Customer Incentives processes, systems, and operating models.\nDefine solution architectures that align business objectives with scalable technology strategies and enterprise standards.\nDrive SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA solution design for rebates, pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and contract management capabilities.\nDevelop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, value realization frameworks, and executive-level recommendations.\nPartner with business stakeholders to redesign processes and implement best-practice operating models.\nEvaluate and incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.\nLead cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution.\nMaintain architecture artifacts, roadmaps, governance standards, and implementation guidance across the solution landscape.\nBasic Requirements\n2- 3 years in enterprise solutions, business transformation, consulting, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.\nExperience with Vendor and Customer Incentives, Rebates, Pricing, Chargebacks, or Contract Management processes.\nProven solution architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.\nDemonstrated experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations.\nExperience leading large-scale business transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.\nHands-on experience with SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA implementations.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
