This role is responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, and related collaboration technologies.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach to ensure reliable meeting experiences and seamless operation of critical communication technologies.\nWhat You'll Do\nInstall, configure, and support audio-visual systems, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms.\nTroubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays, and peripheral devices.\nDiagnose and resolve audio, video, network connectivity, and device performance issues.\nConfigure firmware, software, and device settings to maintain system reliability and security.\nManage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow while meeting established SLAs.\nPerform preventive maintenance and proactive health checks on AV and collaboration equipment.\nPartner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement technology upgrades and enhancements.\nDocument technical procedures, support activities, system configurations, and knowledge articles.\n\nBasic Requirements\n2+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV technologies, collaboration platforms, or unified communications environments.\nExperience with AV installation, support, and troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, or similar meeting room technologies.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve audio, video, device, and network-related issues.\nExperience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management platforms.\nKnowledge of endpoint configuration, firmware updates, and device lifecycle management.\nStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAssociate degree, bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience supporting Zoom Rooms or other collaboration platforms.\nKnowledge of AV-over-IP, network infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity concepts.\nExperience with digital signage, room scheduling systems, and conference room automation technologies.\nIndustry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, Microsoft Teams Administrator, or related certifications.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise meeting room environments.\nFamiliarity with ITIL service management practices.\nExperience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments.\nExposure to monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for collaboration technologies.\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
