This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical customer portfolio and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.\nSuccessful candidates will possess strong critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of customers. They must be a solution-oriented negotiator who is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools.\nKey Competencies\nProven experience managing complex high-volume collections portfolios with high-value delinquent accounts\nCustomer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering a white-glove service experience\nProven success with high-volume customer interactions\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities - work towards building solutions\nAbility to de-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution\nSuperb verbal and written communication skills\nStrong multitasking ability across multiple systems and communication channels\nAbility to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and quality\nHigh level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership\nAdaptability in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment\nExperience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance customer interactions\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nTypically requires 5+ years of related experience providing concierge white glove experience to priority clients, with 2+ years of commercial collections experience\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations\nDemonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics\nExperience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred\nTrack record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively\nWorking Evironment\nLocation: Fully remote\nHours - Monday thru Friday 8a-5p CT, with a 10a-7p CT rotation\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
