If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nSenior Director, Network Operations\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Director of Network Operations is a strategic and transformational leadership role responsible for evolving the network operations organization into a modern, automation-driven, and highly reliable function. This leader will drive the maturation of people, process, and technology while delivering resilient, scalable, and business-aligned network services.\nThe role partners closely with Network Engineering, Security, Application Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, accelerate innovation through automation and AI, and continuously improve service quality and user experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOrganizational Transformation & Maturity\nLead the transformation of Network Operations into a proactive, data-driven, and automation-first organization\n\nEstablish and execute a multi-year maturity roadmap across people, process, and technology\n\nStandardize operating models, governance, and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL-based practices)\n\nBuild a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence\n\nAutomation, AI, and Operational Innovation\nDrive adoption of automation (NetDevOps, AIOps, self-healing capabilities) to reduce manual effort and improve reliability\n\nLeverage AI/ML for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and incident prevention\n\nImplement intelligent observability and event correlation to enhance signal-to-noise ratio\n\nChampion “zero-touch” operations and continuous optimization of operational workflows\n\nService Delivery & Foundational Capabilities\nOwn the delivery and continuous improvement of core network services (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Cloud Networking, Data Center Connectivity, Edge)\n\nDefine and manage service catalogs, SLAs/XLAs, and performance metrics\n\nEnsure scalability, resiliency, and availability aligned with business requirements\n\nDrive service standardization and simplification to improve adoption and supportability\n\nIncident, Change, and Problem Management\nEstablish best-in-class Incident, Change, and Problem Management disciplines\n\nReduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to resolve (MTTR) through tooling, automation, and process optimization\n\nLead major incident response, including executive communications and root cause accountability\n\nDrive systemic problem management to eliminate recurring issues and improve stability\n\nPartner with engineering to ensure effective change planning, risk mitigation, and release quality\n\nCross-Functional Partnership\nCollaborate with Network Engineering to operationalize new technologies and ensure supportability by design\n\nPartner with Security teams to maintain compliance, risk posture, and incident response alignment\n\nEngage application and business teams to align network services with business outcomes and user experience goals\n\nAct as a key interface between operations, product owners, and executive stakeholders.\n\nPeople Leadership & Talent Development\nBuild and lead a high-performing global team with a focus on capability development and future-ready skills\n\nDrive talent strategy, including upskilling in automation, cloud networking, and AI-driven operations\n\nFoster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and continuous learning\n\nAlign team objectives with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes\n\nMetrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement\nDefine and track KPIs/KRIs to measure operational performance, service quality, and transformation progress\n\nProvide executive-level reporting on operational health, risks, and improvement initiatives\n\nUse data-driven insights to prioritize investments and drive continuous improvement\n\nBenchmark capabilities against industry best practices\n\nOther duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals\n\nMinimum Qualification\n12+ years in IT/Network Operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles\n\nProven track record of leading large-scale operational transformation programs\n\nExperience implementing automation, AIOps, or similar advanced operational capabilities\n\nStrong background in enterprise network environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)\n\nPreferred Skills\nDeep understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management)\n\nExperience with observability platforms, automation tools, and network management systems\n\nStrong business and stakeholder engagement skills\n\nAbility to align technical operations with strategic business objectives\n\nData-driven mindset with focus on measurable
