If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContribute to the end-to-end solution architecture for FP&A and finance transformation initiatives across SAP ecosystems\nDesign and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAC, BPC, Datasphere, PaPM and FI/CO integrations\nSupport the operations and maintenance of the FP&A solution.\nHelp drive business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support strategic decisions\nPartner with business leaders to optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes\nLead large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions\nCollaborate with engineering, finance, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the SDLC\nProvide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and influence architecture standards\nBasic Requirements\n7+ years of experience in solution architecture, application development, or enterprise systems design\nDesign and development experience around implementing FP&A processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting) involving SAC, BPC, Datasphere, PaPM\nProven experience and understanding of SAP S/4HANA and finance modules (FI/CO)\nExperience with enterprise data modeling, reporting, and analytics platforms\nDemonstrated success building business cases and performing financial/analytical modeling\nExperience leading large-scale transformation or ERP implementations\nStrong expertise in data integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nConsulting background in business process transformation or strategy\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making\nExposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven environments\nAbility to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams\nFamiliarity with Agile/DevOps and modern SDLC practices\nExperience mentoring teams and driving architectural best practices\nTravel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements\nHybrid or remote work flexibility depending on business needs\nOccasional travel may be required for stakeholder workshops or program delivery\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
