This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple complex programs that support employee productivity, collaboration, workplace technologies, service modernization, and business transformation across the enterprise.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader with strong program management expertise, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple concurrent programs and projects from initiation through execution and delivery.\nDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.\nCollaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs across the program portfolio.\nProvide regular program updates, executive communications, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration and accountability to ensure delivery against commitments.\nSupport strategic planning, prioritization, budget management, and OKR execution.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, and operational excellence.\nMinimum Requirements\nDegree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.\nCritical Skills\n7+ years of program and project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.\nExperience managing multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong executive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, Collaboration Services, Employee Experience, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs.\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or related certification preferred.\nTechnology & Tools\nExperience with the following tools is preferred:\nMicrosoft Project Online\nAzure DevOps (ADO)\nMicrosoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner)\nPower BI\nPowerPoint and Excel\nServiceNow\nCopilot for Microsoft 365\nAriba and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools\nCritical Competencies\nProgram and Portfolio Management\nStrategic Planning and Execution\nExecutive Communications\nStakeholder Management\nRisk and Dependency Management\nChange Leadership\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nContinuous Improvement\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
