If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead test strategy and execution across functional, regression, integration, and API testing\nDesign, enhance, and support automation using ATF (Automated Test Framework)\nTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable test scenarios and test cases\nManage test data, environment readiness, and coverage for complex workflows\nDrive defect tracking, triage workflows, root-cause analysis, and re-test validation\nPartner with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to improve quality early in the lifecycle\nAnalyze quality results and trends, and provide clear status, risk, and defect reporting\nSupport CI/CD and continuous testing practices to improve speed, reliability, and release quality\nBasic Requirements\n7+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or QA automation\nExperience with functional, regression, integration, and API testing in enterprise applications\nHands-on experience with automation frameworks and automated regression design; experience with ATF is a plus\nStrong knowledge of defect lifecycle management, defect tracking tools, and triage processes\nExperience with test data management and environment coordination\nAbility to convert requirements and user journeys into structured test coverage\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, Agile delivery, and quality metrics/reporting\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nExperience testing distributed systems, service integrations, and complex business workflows\nScripting or automation experience in tools/languages used for modern quality engineering\nExperience with continuous testing, quality dashboards, and process improvement initiatives\nStrong debugging, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication skills\nExperience working in regulated, large-scale, or healthcare technology environments\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
