If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead administration and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions, including Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Procurement processes.\nManage supplier onboarding, qualification, risk assessment, and lifecycle management workflows.\nConfigure and support SAP Ariba Network capabilities, supplier enablement activities, and trading partner adoption.\nPartner with business stakeholders to improve procurement operations, compliance, and user experience.\nLead integration activities between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, including Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) processes.\nDevelop procurement analytics, spend visibility dashboards, and reporting solutions to support informed decision-making.\nCollaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent platform issues.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across procurement operations.\nBasic Requirements\n7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering SAP Ariba solutions in enterprise environments.\nHands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM/SLP), or Ariba Network.\nExperience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, MM, or FI modules.\nStrong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P), source-to-contract (S2C), and supplier management processes.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable platform solutions.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes in cross-functional environments.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nSAP Ariba certification(s).\nExperience with Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Spend Analysis, or Supplier Risk modules.\nKnowledge of procurement transformation and digital procurement initiatives.\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), APIs, middleware, or integration tools.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.\nExperience supporting supplier enablement and large-scale onboarding programs.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.\nExperience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or regulated industries.\nAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
