Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Strategy & Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the VP/GM of MomentimRx, leading portfolio operations, business planning, execution governance, and cross-functional coordination across product, technology, operations, commercialization, and finance.\nThis individual is responsible for translating executive priorities into actionable plans, driving accountability across strategic initiatives, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring seamless execution of key business objectives. The role acts as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness by establishing operating mechanisms, executive insights, portfolio governance, and business rhythms that improve decision-making and accelerate growth.\nThe ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business analytics, operational excellence, and executive communications capabilities with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategy Execution & Business Planning\nPartner with the VP/GM to translate annual, quarterly, and long-range strategic objectives into executable initiatives.\nDrive development and tracking of strategic plans, OKRs, operating reviews, and business priorities.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps across the portfolio and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport annual operating plans, growth strategies, and investment prioritization decisions.\nBuild executive-ready recommendations supported by analysis and business insights.\nPortfolio Governance & Program Operations\nEstablish and manage portfolio governance mechanisms across products and strategic initiatives.\nCoordinate cross-functional execution among Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations teams.\nMaintain portfolio dashboards, milestone tracking, issue management, and decision logs.\nDrive operational rigor and accountability across major initiatives.\nFacilitate leadership reviews and portfolio health assessments.\nBusiness Analytics & Executive Insights\nDevelop executive dashboards tracking revenue growth, customer adoption, product performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.\nAnalyze business trends to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and areas requiring executive attention.\nDeliver data-driven recommendations for prioritization and resource allocation.\nSupport forecasting and strategic planning activities.\nExecutive Operations & Leadership Support\nLead preparation for leadership team meetings, executive reviews, board materials, and strategic presentations.\nManage key operating cadences including business reviews, staff meetings, strategic planning sessions, and leadership offsites.\nEnsure follow-through on executive decisions, action items, and commitments.\nProvide structured communication frameworks to improve organizational alignment.\nCommercialization & Growth Initiatives\nSupport go-to-market planning and commercialization activities for new products and strategic initiatives.\nCoordinate cross-functional readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.\nTrack launch metrics, adoption trends, and post-launch performance.\nAssist in evaluating partnership, acquisition, and market expansion opportunities.\nOperational Excellence & Special Projects\nLead high-priority strategic projects on behalf of the VP/GM.\nIdentify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, decision speed, and execution consistency.\nDesign and implement scalable operating processes, templates, and governance models.\nServe as a trusted advisor and problem solver for complex cross-functional challenges.\nBasic Requirements:\nDegree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.\n7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product operations, business operations, or program management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.\nStrong analytical, financial, and business planning capabilities.\nExecutive-level communication and presentation skills.\nExperience developing dashboards and business insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.\nProven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nMBA or advanced degree.\nHealthcare, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, payer, or health technology experience.\nExperience supporting executive leadership teams.\nExperience in SaaS, digital health, AI, analytics, or product-led organizations.\nFamiliarity with portfolio management, commercialization, and growth strategy.\nMcKesson complies with all applicable U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
