If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nRole Purpose\nThis Intern will support the MAPS System Design Engineering and Quality teams through simulation modeling, design validation, portfolio analysis, and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.\nIntern Program Details:\n· Paid Internship\n· Full time / 10 weeks\n· Position will be based out of our Irving, TX location\n· The internship program provides networking, access to executives, structured performance & coaching\n· Experiential learning and training provided by exposure to subject matter experts\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with Simio modeling and simulation activities.\n\nSupport analysis of automation system performance and design alternatives.\n\nParticipate in requirementsvalidation, testing, and quality assurance activities.\n\nAnalyze operational and performance data to identifytrends and improvement opportunities.\n\nEvaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation to engineering and quality processes.\n\nCreate dashboards, documentation, and presentations to support decision making.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with data analysis tools, modeling, or simulation software preferred.\n\nInterestin automation, operations, and AI technologies.\n\nWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
