Elle collabore avec les pharmacies, les banques, les fournisseurs, les analystes du crédit, les comptables externes et les équipes internes afin de résoudre les enjeux comptables et financiers.\nCe que vous ferez\nGérer de façon autonome le cycle comptable complet de plusieurs pharmacies clientes.\nPréparer les conciliations bancaires mensuelles.\nGérer les comptes fournisseurs, l’émission des chèques et les paiements électroniques.\nEffectuer le contrôle et le suivi des comptes clients.\nPréparer les écritures de journal mensuelles, les régularisations et les écritures de clôture.\nEffectuer le rapprochement et l’analyse des comptes du grand livre général afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité.\nProduire les états financiers mensuels ainsi que les indicateurs de performance financière.\nPréparer et soumettre les déclarations de taxes de vente, notamment la TPS et la TVQ.\nEffectuer le traitement complet de la paie toutes les deux semaines.\nAssurer le suivi et la gestion des liquidités des pharmacies.\nPréparer et documenter les dossiers de fin d’année destinés aux vérificateurs externes.\nRésoudre des problèmes comptables complexes en collaboration avec les pharmacies, les banques, les fournisseurs, les analystes du crédit et les autres partenaires.\nMaintenir à jour la documentation comptable et les dossiers financiers.\nEffectuer toute autre tâche connexe.\nExigences de base\nDiplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.\nMinimum de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité.\nExpérience démontrée du cycle comptable complet, notamment les conciliations bancaires, les écritures de journal, le grand livre et la préparation d’états financiers mensuels.\nExpérience pratique du cycle complet de la paie.\nExpérience dans la préparation des déclarations de TPS et de TVQ.\nMaîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Outlook.\nTrès bonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.\nExpérience et compétences privilégiées\nExpérience avec le logiciel comptable Acomba.\nConnaissance d’un système de paie comme Nethris ou Desjardins.\nExpérience en comptabilité multisites, en cabinet comptable ou dans la gestion de plusieurs dossiers clients.\nExpérience dans les secteurs de la pharmacie, de la santé ou du commerce de détail.\nConnaissance de l’anglais afin de collaborer avec certains partenaires anglophones.\nCapacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.\nExcellentes aptitudes en organisation, collaboration et service à la clientèle.\nSouci du détail, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.\nLe.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.\n********************\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Supervisor, Member Accounting, the Senior Accounting Technician is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for multiple pharmacy clients, including more complex accounts.\nIn this role, you will actively participate in month-end close activities, perform general ledger reconciliations and analyses, and prepare monthly financial statements. You will collaborate with pharmacies, banks, vendors, credit analysts, external accountants, and internal teams to resolve accounting and financial issues.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIndependently manage the full accounting cycle for multiple pharmacy clients.\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliations.\nManage accounts payable, cheque issuance, and electronic payments.\nMonitor and follow up on accounts receivable.\nPrepare monthly journal entries, adjustments, and month-end closing entries.\nReconcile and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nPrepare monthly financial statements and financial performance indicators.\nPrepare and file sales tax returns, including GST and QST.\nProcess the full biweekly payroll cycle.\nMonitor and manage pharmacy cash flow and liquidity.\nPrepare and document year-end files for external auditors.\nResolve complex accounting issues in collaboration with pharmacies, banks, vendors, credit analysts, and other stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting documentation and financial records.\nPerform other related duties as required.\nBasic Requirements\nCollege diploma (DEC) in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.\nDemonstrated experience with the full accounting cycle, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements.\nHands-on experience with full-cycle payroll processing.\nExperience preparing GST and QST returns.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.\nVery good written and verbal communication skills in French.\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience using Acomba accounting software.\nExperience with payroll systems such as Nethris or Desjardins.\nExperience managing multiple entities or client accounts.\nExperience within the pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or professional accounting services sectors.\nEnglish language skills to support collaboration with English-speaking stakeholders, where applicable.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.\nStrong organizational, collaboration, and customer service skills.\nHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.\nThe incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.
