If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.\nManager, Treasury Operations\nThe Role\nThe Manager, Treasury Operations is a key position in McKesson’s Medical Surgical (MMS) /Wellverse business unit’s treasury function with responsibility for managing the treasury operations team and optimizing MMS’ global liquidity. Other responsibility includes partnering with business units to develop payment solutions to enhance efficiencies and to manage and enhance our treasury systems and tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and manage the company’s daily cash position, make recommendations on Investments and quarter-back this process to reduce cost of cash\nAnalyze cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding opportunities to optimize funding structures and working capital efficiency\nPartner with internal business groups to understand sources and uses of cash to improve forecast accuracy\nDevelop forecasting methodologies and KPIs to measure performance\nProvide liquidity and forecasting insights to senior leadership\nEvaluate short-term cash investment and deposit strategies and make recommendations to optimize cash management that considers appropriate risk/reward balance with a parallel focus on lowering the cost of cash and lowering bank fees\nConduct risk assessments related to counterparty exposure, concentration limits, and market conditions\nCoordinator for derivatives settlement confirmation\nMMS’ trader to transact and coordinate all spot & forward FX trades and Money Market investments as needed\nPartner with the Capital Markets group and assist in transacting cross-currency swaps to support intercompany funding structures and confirm settlements\nAdministrator for bank portals\nCoordinator for bank signers’ updates\nMonitor bank performance and service-level agreements\nCollaborate with banking partners to evaluate banking structures, account rationalization initiatives, and service enhancements\nProactively collaborate with business units and corporate departments to aid in the construction and execution of the cash forecast, intercompany financing structures, and help identify and implement new services as the business grows and banking industry evolves\nFind ways to continuously improve processes, procedures and controls surrounding cash movement, bank balance/fee monitoring and other Treasury-related activities including SOX documentation\nMaintain and improve the Treasury’s technology platform and tools (Kyriba) to support efficient and effective operations of the team\nIdentify and implement process automation opportunities\nLead treasury technology enhancements and transformation initiatives\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements\n5+ years Finance or Treasury related experience\nBS degree in Finance or related field\nCritical Skills\nExperience in Treasury operations preferred with demonstrated knowledge in cash management, bank infrastructure and investments\nDemonstrated skills in navigating large, complex organizations and collaborating with multiple businesses and functional areas\nDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize various responsibilities with competing, short deadlines and under pressure with a “can-do” attitude\nDemonstrated the ability to ramp-up quickly on challenging topics\nExperience using Kyriba preferred\nStrong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and analytical skills\nAdditional Skills\nA business partner mindset and understand the internal and external issues facing the business and industry and use that understanding to forge partnerships and build relationships\nDemonstrated ability to understand complex business problems, conduct analysis, and identify well-reasoned solutions\nHighly organized and detail oriented due to the criticality of the function\nA results orientation mind-set with a personal commitment and drive to set and meet or exceed the operational and financial goals for this position\nStrong communication skills to interact up and across the organization\nAbout McKesson Medical-Surgical\nMcKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS), which is expected to become Wellverse in early 2027, is a subsidiary and publicly reported segment of the McKesson Corporation.
