A teammate in this position must have the ability to:\nAdministrate and maintain customer markup as specified in the customer contract, using multiple systems for implementation.\nResponsible for ensuring that the rule and exceptions follow the Sarbanes Oxley standards.\nMaintain Profiles to satisfy jurisdictional restriction needs, recall, and other business needs.\nAdministrate and maintain Military Pricing.\nWork closely with divisional personnel, Sales, Merchandising, Accounting, and Legal departments.\nGenerate reports in support of Merchandising teams.\nDesign, test and implement system changes.\nEncourage proper department procedures.\nDemonstrate leadership ability while promoting teamwork between groups, departments, and divisions.\nWork on special projects.\nParticipate in training of new hires.\nProvide system and application support, as well as user acceptance training for new programs.\nMeet the goals of the department set forth by the Manager.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nA teammate in this position must:\nHave BS or BA Degree in business or related major or equivalent industry related work experience.\nHave 1-2 years’ experience within McLane organization desirable.\nHave positive, supportive attitude.\nHave strong time management skills.\nHave effective communication skills, both written and oral.\nHave PC experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.\nBe able to work with little or no direct supervision.\nBe able to function under high stress situations.\nBe punctual and dependable.\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nOffice environment.\nThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
