Maintaining a sense of urgency, accuracy, and quality of work within engineered labor standards to ensure accurate product and shipments is a must.\nBenefits you can count on:\nPay Rate: $20.25 per hour.\nSchedule: Monday through Friday\n Start time: 3:00 am or 7:00 am until the end of the production. Once production is met, the shift is released.\nGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. \nEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. \n401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. \nAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! \nWhat you’ll do as a Stamp Operator:\nFeed cigarette cartons through an automated machine that stamps, repacks, and returns them to a conveyor.\nIdentify product and appropriate tax stamps.\nMonitor the line and stamp machine to ensure smooth operation.\nReport any cigarette package or carton damages.\nWork safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.\nOther duties may be assigned. \nQualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:\nAt least 18 years of age.\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. \nThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
