We recognize that people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives fuel our growth and enrich our global culture.\nThe International Sales Support Coordinator at McLane Global plays a key role in supporting the International Sales Team by managing administrative, logistical, and customer service tasks.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor inbound shipments for export through McLane’s state-of-the-art ERP system.\nProcess sales and purchase orders.\nAssist the sales team in preparing international registration documentation.\nResolve discrepancies in receiving and shipping, and work with suppliers on damage and credit issues\nCommunicate with all stakeholders including the sales team, warehouse and loading facilities, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA, State Department, customers\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of export shipments.\nCoordinate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.\nHandle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.\nProvide product information and support to international clients.\nTrack sales orders and keep customers updated on their status.\nPrepare and present sales reports to management.\nWork on sales analysis, presentations, and PowerBI reports. \nMonitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments\nEnsure compliance with export laws and regulations\nManage sample procurement, packing, and shipment via UPS/DHL.\nPrepare and handle samples, and documents for all trade shows and marketing activities.\nSupport the international sales team in any other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or associate's degree in logistics, international studies, business, or a related field is preferred.\n3-5 years of relevant work experience.\nEager to learn with the ability to learn quickly and retain information.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.\nStrong computer skills including MS Excel and ERP like D365.\nStrong work ethic and desire to win and grow,\nWorks well in a team environment\nForeign language proficiency (Spanish or Arabic) a plus \nBenefits\nCompetitive base compensation \nFull Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision effective on the first day of employment \n401(k) with Employer Match (quarterly enrollment)\nPaid Holidays (no waiting period to receive holiday pay)\nPaid vacation, personal, and sick days effective on first day of employment\nAll offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening \nNo company visa sponsorships \nNo phone call or walk in inquiries for this position, apply online to be considered \nDISCLAIMER\nEmployees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and if requested, reasonable accommodation will be provided to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.\nFurthermore, job descriptions typically change over time as requirements and employee skill levels change.
