You will help implement PMO methodologies, maintain project standards and enable effective communication between stakeholders.\nWorking closely with teams responsible for partnerships, licensing, brand growth and fan engagement, you will support project execution, manage project tasks, contribute to identifying risks and provide clear project reporting.\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nManage small to medium projects from ideation through to closure, monitoring progress to ensure milestones and quality standards are achieved.\nTrack project performance against timing and scope, reporting variances to the Senior Manager of PMO.\nSupport the Finance Business Partner in tracking financial performance against budget and escalating variances.\nAssist with project scoping and feasibility, contributing to project proposals, documentation, plans and reporting.\nManage and escalate project risks and issues as required.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.\nSupport communication with internal and external stakeholders, helping to resolve concerns.\nHelp implement PMO process improvements and changes, providing clear updates and responding to stakeholder queries.\nSupport the development and rollout of new programme and project governance frameworks, with a focus on the commercial and business performance departments.\nGather updates from multiple stakeholders for the monthly PMO reporting process.\nCompany Description\nHigh performance isn't a given. It’s who we are.\nWe are racers.\nAre you?\nQualifications\nYou will bring more than three years of project management experience, supported by an APM PPQ, PMQ or equivalent qualification.\nYou will be knowledgeable in project management tools and experienced in conducting project feasibility.
