This role is key to enabling a scalable, auditable and reliable finance platform for the future.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp define and govern Finance master data standards across customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, ownership models, naming conventions, and data policies aligned to ERP design.\n\nLead data migration activities including data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and preparation of migration-ready datasets for ERP implementation.\n\nEstablish robust data controls and documentation by maintaining mapping rules, transformation logic, audit trails, validation evidence, issue logs, and ensuring all ETL activities are traceable and compliant.\n\nEnsure alignment between data, ERP design, and business processes by partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to support the financial data model, reporting requirements, and system-of-record definitions.\n\nCompany Description\nAt McLaren Racing, we’re driven to win, inspire our people, excite our fans, and deliver for our partners - while continuously pushing our sport, industry and technology forward.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nProven experience supporting the Extract and Transform stages of ETL, including source data extraction, profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nStrong understanding of data migration cycles, including test loads, mock cutovers, defect resolution, migration readiness, and cutover support.\n\nExperience defining and maintaining data standards, transformation rules, mapping documentation, validation evidence, and audit controls.\n\nConfident working with large data sets in Excel and/or data management tools to identify data quality issues.\n\nAbility to work closely with Finance, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, implementation partners, and business process owners.\n\nPrevious experience with Workday Financials or another major ERP platform would be advantageous.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nStrategic thinker with a strong architectural mindset.\n\nConfident decisionmaker able to balance business needs and system constraints.\n\nClear communicator who can simplify complex system concepts.\n\nPositive approach to change and thrives in an empowered position\n\nAppreciation of discipline and accuracy to provide good data for our process to automate\n\nCollaborative and able to influence across teams.\n\nAdditional Information\nSuccess in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences.
