assistance to clients and IT staff as appropriate. \n\nAssists with coordination of system upgrades and large projects and provides support as required.\n\nCompletes tasks on time and meets assignment dates.\n\nEnsures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.\n\nCreates and maintains all documentation for all assigned applications, and develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications.\n\nParticipates in an on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours, weekends, providing 24x7 client support as necessary.\n\nParticipates in support for systems both daily and during implementations.\n\nWorks collaboratively with IT Educators to ensure system feature and function modifications are shared with educators so training plans and documentation can be updated appropriately. \n\nServes as a mentor to Epic Applications Analyst I.\n\nOccasional travel to other offices to accommodate user needs.\n\nOccasional travel for training classes, implementations and conferences.\n\nJob Requirements\nQualifications/Training:\n\nMinimum of two years Epic build experience.\n\nMinimum of three years of computer system application modifications and support experience.\n\nMinimum of three years of PC-oriented experience to include basic word processing and spreadsheets.\n\nPresentation, communication and interpersonal skills required.\n\nAbility to multi-task.\n\nLicenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:\n\nEpic Certification or Accreditation- Anesthesia (required) and Optime (desired)\n\nMinimum of an Associate degree in
