We're 50% millennials, 20% women, and 100% driven to build our community together.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nWe’re seeking a motivated Senior Project Engineer with solid construction experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility in project coordination and execution. The right candidate works more independently, supports both the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, and begins taking ownership of key project processes while helping guide junior team members.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOur new Senior Project Engineer will manage core project functions such as RFIs, submittals, and document control with limited oversight, while coordinating directly with subcontractors and field teams to keep projects on track. This role takes ownership of specific scopes or phases of work, supports cost tracking and change order documentation, and helps ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
