Delivering an efficient, effective and profitable service. To control and progress jobs through the Agency system, keeping all departments fully informed.\nResponsibilities:\nClient\nDevelop and maintain a close and productive relationship with relevant client contacts, acting with integrity at all times. \nIdentify problems as they arise with Line Manager. \nProvide day to day contact with client. \nRespond promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures. \nWork with Account Manager to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and budget and monitor progress through the Agency (using appropriate admin recording procedures). \nIssue and distribute regular ‘work in progress’ reports internally and externally. \nIssue contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations within 24 - 48 hours, gaining Account Manager approval prior to distribution. \nWork with Account Manager to research and prepare background information for briefs/pitches/presentations. \nDevelop an understanding of client’s business. \nBusiness\nHas a fresh view on things and is comfortable providing input and ideas and participating in team brainstorms\nDevelops a solid understanding of integrated advertising skills and the power of effective advertising\nAble to present ideas with conviction\nExpected to monitor project plan every step of the wayConstantly striving to achieve company goals with passion and energy and working to achieve your full potential\nKeep appropriate records and audit trail of all jobs and all client communications and follow up billing process\nAn unrivalled level of organization is expected so that all campaigns run efficiently, with other team members relying on project organization in order to meet deadlines and understand client expectations.\nCreative and innovative thought processes\nThe ability to identify new business opportunities & leads\nConstantly supports his seniors to ensure their vision and plans are achieved, especially during pitches \nIs up to date with Social Media channels, including Client’s competitive set\nHas the basic knowledge of any social/digital technical requirements to be able to smoothly manage any media deliverables\nMaintains a systematic and efficient filing system\nProfessional\nIs the ultimate project manager assistant; knows how to get it done.Is the go-to person for the execution of all advertising plans\nHas good knowledge and understanding of agency processes and the time required to complete each stage. Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines\nDisplays a superior understanding of the needs of each department that will be involved in the execution of client projects.
