This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage staff and processes effectively and efficiently. The Accounting Manager plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts.\nThis is a full-time position in-office, in Beverly Hills.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and oversee the daily accounting processes\nEnsure timely month-end close and financial reporting\nMaintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures and controls\nPartner with the team and functional departments to provide complete, accurate and timely financial information\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred\n6+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory and leadership responsibilities\nSolid understanding of accounting principles\nProficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite and QBO\nAttention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nHigh level of integrity and dependability\nSelf-starter, career-oriented with strong work ethic\nCompensation:\nFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, MCO includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.
