The Software Developer will also provide advice and assistance on any application software problems that arise. \n\nORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:\nThe Software Developer reports to the Systems Development Manager.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nProgramming maintenance on existing applications, both in-house and third-party, including Dynamics 365 and Ceridian Forms.\nProgramming modifications to purchased software packages.\nConfirm application operation by conducting tests and making modifications as appropriate.\nPerform structured systems analysis and design.\nReview and recommend changes to user methods and procedures.\nReview and evaluate application software packages and system development tools.\nAnalyze and correct application software issues.\nCreate and modify command files (shell scripts, batch files, etc.).\nDevelop and install cross system application components.\nCreate and maintain integrations between internal and third-party applications.\nAssist DBA with SQL Server and Oracle Database Administrative Tasks.\nProvide Project Management.\nMaintain Data Dictionary.\nMaintain Systems Documentation.\nMaintain Business User Documentation.\nAdhere to MCTS systems development standards.\nMaintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.\nPerform all forms of testing including regression testing, unit testing and security vulnerability.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration Information Technology, or two (2) years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.\nOne (1) year experience with Visual Studio 2019 or higher.\nOne (1) year experience with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS5, JavaScript.\nOne (1) year programming experience with SQL, T-SQL and PL/SQL.\nSix (6) months’ experience with Dynamics 365 preferred.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of information technology administration best practices and trends.\nKnowledge of Web-Based applications \nKnowledge of Bash and SQL (structured query language) scripting.\nKnowledge of server, data base environments and network infrastructure.\nKnowledge of MCTS operations and policies.\nSkilled in computer operations and spreadsheet, word processing, database, and related software.\nSkilled in troubleshooting and debugging. \nAbility to multitask.\nAbility to manage multiple projects \nAbility to develop and execute company strategies to attain outcomes for set goals.\nAbility to absorb/seek/teach new technologies\nAbility to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to work independently.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:\nWork is frequently conducted office or similar indoor environment relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.\nPhysical requirements are those described as light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move
