Other duties may be assigned as needed.\nOperates the telephone to receive incoming calls.\nPerforms a variety of receptionist, clerical, and data processing duties.\nMatches and enters invoices for payment. \nReconcile vendor account statements.\nAnswer vendor inquiries.\nMatch up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork.\nMatches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment.\nGreet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.\nLooks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.\nTo follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures. \nReport any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management.\nShut down process if unsafe.\nRegular, dependable attendance and punctuality.\n Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, a team member must satisfactorily perform their essential duty.
