These principles are the foundation of McWane, Inc. and serve as a compass, offering personal guidance to navigate daily work situations.\n Overview\nThe UKG Pro (UltiPro) Payroll & Workforce Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and workforce management systems. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, system configuration, data integrity, compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and provides support to employees and managers regarding payroll and workforce management functions.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and maintain UKG Pro (UltiPro) Payroll and Workforce Management modules.\nProcess payroll accurately and ensure timely payroll completion.\nMonitor employee timecards, attendance records, leave balances, and scheduling data.\nTroubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and timeclock system-related issues.\nAssist in the configure earnings, deductions, accruals, pay rules, and labor allocations.\nAudit payroll and workforce data for accuracy and compliance.\nGenerate payroll, labor, attendance, and management reports.\nSupport system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality.\nTrain managers and employees on UKG Pro functions and self-service tools.\nMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.\nPartner with HR, Benefits, Accounting and Operations teams to resolve employee-related issues.\nAssist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and audits.\nManage security roles, workflows, and user access permissions.\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n2-5 years of payroll and/or workforce management experience.\nHands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro), UKG Workforce Management, Kronos, or similar HRIS systems.\nKnowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and timekeeping practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with payroll tax processing and compliance.\nKnowledge of workforce scheduling, labor management, and attendance tracking.\nExperience supporting system integrations and data interfaces.\nKey Competencies\nPayroll Administration\nWorkforce Management\nTime & Attendance\nReporting & Analytics\nHRIS Management\nCompliance and Auditing\nData Analysis\nProcess Improvement\nCustomer Support\nProject Coordination\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
