We would love to hear from you!\nWe’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented Engineering Student in our Structural Analysis department at our Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue office. This is a 4 month mandate (with a possibility of 8 months) starting in January 2027.\nOverall the successful candidate would be treated similar to a new graduate joining our company, where tasks will be assigned relative to the level of schooling and experience achieved to date.\nUnder the supervision of a senior analyst, the successful candidate will perform structural analyses of space antennas and electronic equipment using the finite element method.\nAs our Engineering Student, you will:\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyses will include static, dynamic and thermoelastic analyses;\nUsing commercial software or software developed at MDA, he/she will calculate the safety margins of components;\nHe/she will size components, identify problems and suggest modifications if necessary;\nHe/she may be required to generate test procedures and structural analysis or test reports to demonstrate compliance of subsystems.\nExperience and skills required:\nCompletion of 90 Bachelor's degree credits in Mechanical Engineering prior to the start of the internship with a GPA above 3.2 / 4.0;\nDemonstrate a sense of initiative.\nDesirable skills:\nSuccessfully completed a course in finite element analysis;\nKnowledge of Nx software;\nBilingual, (interfaces with suppliers and colleagues outside of Quebec)\nPlease upload a copy of both your resume and transcript when you apply.\nSpecial Considerations:\nSuccessful candidates must obtain and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).\nMDA is proud to provide accommodation(s) during the recruitment process.
