This is a12 month term starting inJanuary 2027.\nAs an Engineering Student, you will work together with senior program managers and project engineers on space and planetary exploration robotic projects as well as departmental continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProject Planning and scheduling\nMonitoring project cost\nMonitoring engineering deliverables\nManaging risks in the risk management tool\nCommunicating with engineers from various functions\nGeneral support to the rest of the engineering team\ndocument work and participate in project & system level technical discussions when required\n\n Qualifications:\nInterested candidates should be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Engineering Physics, or Computer Engineering and/or Applied Mathematics or Physics with three (3) years completed.\nStudents must be enrolled in their university’s formal internship program\nPlease include your transcript as part of your application\nEnrollment in a management option (minor) will be considered an asset\nThe student should possess strong mathematical skills and experience in system design and modelling\nA strong ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as a member of a team is required\nExcellent verbal, written communication skills are essential to this position\nComments/Special Considerations:\n Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).\nMDA Ltd. is proud to provide accommodation(s) during the recruitment process.
