Monitor the program schedules for on-time and efficient completion. Receives specific assignments with periodic supervision.\nTasks:\nCreate demand / contract deliverables in ERP\nCreate & maintain simple schedules based on progress of activities throughout entire program (Design, Procurement, AI&T)\nCreate Design Release Plan and follow-up on progress with program team\nPrepare and revise Production Readiness review.\nMonitor the progress against the plan at regular intervals and raise planning and capacity problems\nIdentify and record schedule risks, critical activities, program critical path and constraints within the plan and analyze the impact of modifying it, with guidance of more experience personnel\nRecord key resources (material, equipment, facilities and manpower) required per activity in the schedule required to meet the plan\nAdminister and follow-up on major equipment reservations and floor space capacity management\nReview and sign ECNs for items that are an assembly for simple programs assigned\nInvestigate material flow problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions\nSupport the master scheduler for the improvement and implementation of planning and scheduling methods and systems.\nPrepare shipping order papers\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations management option (preferably) or in commercial sciences. PMI-PMP Certification is an asset.\n2 years of relevant experience in a project management and/or production-planning environment.
