This role integrates HR technology, data governance, and advanced analytics to enable evidence-based decision-making, improve workforce outcomes, and scale HR operations.\nCore Job Accountabilities:\nHR Technology Strategy & Transformation:\nDefine and execute the multi-year HR systems strategy\nDrive digital transformation across HR, including automation and self-service enablement\nLead HRIS new module implementations, upgrades, and integrations\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency\nAdvanced People Analytics:\nBuild a mature people analytics function\nDeliver insights on critical topics such as attrition risk and organizational health\nEvolve people metrics and KPIs through sophisticated dashboards\nData Governance & Architecture:\nEnsure enterprise-wide HR data standards and governance frameworks\nEnsure compliance with privacy and data regulations\nSupport data architecture, including integrations between HR, finance, and business systems\nChampion data quality and integrity initiatives\nLeadership & Capability Building:\nLead a multidisciplinary team (HRIS, reporting, analytics)\nUpskill HR partners on data literacy and self-service analytics\nBuild a high-performance, insight-driven culture within HR\nManage external vendors and consulting partners\nStrategic Business Partnership:\nAct as a trusted advisor to HR and the business\nSupport enterprise initiatives from a HRIS perspective\nProvide data-driven recommendations to influence talent and business strategies\nJob Qualifications & Experience:\nRequired Experience:\n10+ years in HR systems, analytics\nProven experience leading HR digital transformation initiatives or system implementation\nStrong background in people analytics and data storytelling\nExperience working with enterprise HR platforms (UKG, Workday)\nTechnical Expertise:\nAdvanced analytics and visualization tools (BI, dashboard creation)\nGood understanding of time and attendance systems\nFamiliarity with cloud-based HR ecosystems and integrations\nLeadership Competencies:\nStrategic mindset with strong execution discipline\nAbility to translate ambiguity into structured solutions\nChange leadership and stakeholder alignment\nImpact & Success Indicators:\nIncreased adoption and ROI of HR technology\nMeasurable improvements in workforce insights and decision quality\nReduced manual processes through automation\nStrong data governance and audit outcomes\nEnhanced capability of HR teams in analytics and systems usage\nSpecial Considerations:\nSuccessful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.\nBenefits Statement:\nMDA Space offers competitive compensation and benefits to its employees at all of its locations.
