The Training and Enablement Manager is an individual contributor who is responsible for developing and delivering training and optimization programs that involve complex or critical business processes and systems. This role is responsible for engaging and collaborating with MDaudit clients to drive adoption and usage across our suite of services. The position will collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success. The position will travel on occasion to support our customers, including our most strategic and complex accounts.\nThis position may require approximately 30-40% travel, depending on business needs.\nRequirements\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:\nDemonstrates subject matter expertise in our product, value proposition, industry and best practices to drive customers' success on our platform\nDevelops MDaudit client facing and internal training collateral \nDesigns and coordinates product-related trainings, including new features and simulation activities in a demo environment \nImplements training programs for all level of staff within our client organizations \nConducts needs assessments, formulates project plans, analyzes and identifies methodologies to improve existing training offerings and materials as necessary \nMaintains, edits, and customizes deliverables, including lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials \nCoordinates various aspects of the training process, such as logistics, scheduling, equipment and attendance \nEvaluates program effectiveness via class evaluations and analytics \nUtilizes technology to ensure the delivery of high quality, interactive training programs as the company grows and scales \nCollaboration with Product, Implementation and Customer Success Teams\nManages and leads the content development for annual User Group Conference and Training Academy \nDelivers and designs topics/framework for the services in alignment with goals at a regular cadence \nWorks closely with the Implementation team to provide onsite training for customers \nTravels onsite for various MDaudit customer trainings \nManages client book of business with no oversight \nDesigns and delivers classrooms, workshops, and optimizations based on organizational needs \nMaintains the LEARN LMS platform \nTrain new staff members \nEducation and Experience:\nFour-year college degree or equivalent related work experience \n4 years of experience in a training position \nDemonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation \n2 years demonstrated project management experience \n4 years of experience working within the healthcare industry\nOversight of information systems based projects \nExcellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite \nSalary Description\n$95,000 - $110,000\nNotice of AI Use in Job Application Review\nAs part of our commitment in creating a fair, efficient, and consistent hiring process we may use artificial intelligence (AI) to help our recruiting teams organize, summarize, and analyze information provided by candidates, including resumes, application responses, and other materials submitted during the application process.AI may be used to identify patterns, highlight relevant skills, and experience, and assist in comparing a candidate’s qualifications with the requirement of a specific role.
