In this role, you will help shape the future of MDClone’s products and capabilities, driving innovation that transforms how healthcare organizations use data to create real value.\nYou will work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business, collaborating with cross-functional teams - including R&D, design, clinical experts, and customer success - and engaging directly with customers and end users to translate real-world needs into impactful product solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is passionate about improving healthcare through data-driven innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring clear alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical execution.\nTake ownership of ongoing strategic initiatives and ensure continuity across key product priorities.\nTranslate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements.\nDefine and prioritize product requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and organizational priorities to ensure alignment with company goals.\nCollaborate with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.\nEngage directly with customers and end users to understand pain points, validate solutions, and ensure the product delivers meaningful outcomes.\nPartner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, measurable value, and user engagement.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company, including experience owning complex product areas.\nProven ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and priorities that align with business objectives.\nAbility to take ownership and drive decisions confidently, while working collaboratively within a cross-functional team.\nExcellent communication and storytelling abilities - able to articulate product value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and timely delivery.\nExperience working with SaaS, healthcare organizations or data products -
