You will own IT operations end-to-end (identity, endpoints, cloud, network security, and compliance) across a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment, and work closely with R&D and DevOps.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn day-to-day IT operations: user support, onboarding and offboarding, servers, workstations, office infrastructure, server room, and Network \nProvide IT support to employees and technical support to R&D and DevOps teams (environments, access, infrastructure) \nManage identity and access: AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SSO/SAML integrations, and employee and vendor access \nAdminister Azure and AWS subscriptions and accounts (IAM, permissions, quotas, VMs) \nMonitor cloud spend and report cost anomalies and savings opportunities (FinOps) \nOperate network security: firewalls, VPN, switches and VLANs, DNS/URL filtering \nRun security operations: endpoint security (EDR) alerts, incident response, vulnerability and patch management, and security awareness training \nCoordinate with external security vendors on penetration tests and hardening \nOwn ISO 27001 compliance: maintain evidence (log reviews, backup validation, endpoint compliance) and prepare for and support audits \nMaintain on-prem infrastructure: virtualization, storage and backup \nManage licenses, equipment and computer procurement \nWork AI-native: use AI assistants and agents (e.g., Claude, Copilot) daily to troubleshoot, document and run IT operations faster \nBuild and maintain AI skills and agent workflows that automate recurring IT tasks (onboarding, access requests, compliance evidence, reporting) \nBuild IT process automation (PowerShell, Python) and drive adoption of internal AI tools across the company \nWrite and improve IT procedures and documentation\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n4+ years of system administration experience across Windows and Linux \nHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 administration \nHands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS \nStrong networking and security knowledge (firewalls, VPN, switches, VLANs) \nExperience with virtualization platforms and enterprise backup solutions \nScripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python) \nHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily technical work \nStrong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills;
