You will own IT operations end-to-end (identity, endpoints, cloud, network security, and compliance) across a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment, and work closely with R&D and DevOps. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day IT operations: user support, onboarding and offboarding, servers, workstations, office infrastructure, server room, and Network Provide IT support to employees and technical support to R&D and DevOps teams (environments, access, infrastructure) Manage identity and access: AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SSO/SAML integrations, and employee and vendor access Administer Azure and AWS subscriptions
