A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth workand internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.\nMaintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.\nAssist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.\nLiaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.\nContribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.\nAssist with market benchmarking and research on potential prospects, preparing background briefs and use-cases.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable role requiring coordination across teams;\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management Engineering or a related quantitative field;\nA working understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions fit together within a company, and the ability to learn an unfamiliar domain quickly;\nComfortable stepping into an existing workstream, keeping it running smoothly, and taking ownership over time;\nFluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.\nBonus Points\nPrior exposure to ISO standards or certification processes is a plus;\nExperience in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting, whether academic or professional;\nComfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets;\nGenuine curiosity for financial
