You will be a driving force behind the development and success of Sphere, our platform that allows clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM's Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define our product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, based on business goals, customer value, and resource constraints.\nImplement and adapt agile methodologies across the product development process.\nWork closely with our engineering, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.\nStay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.\nChampion user-centricity and ensure that our product provides exceptional user experiences.\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.\nMaintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimizes bureaucracy.\nSkills Required\nDegree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field\nProven experience of product management, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them\nProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nFluent in English (both spoken and written)\nPassion for finance and artificial intelligence, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry
