With the future for innovation in insurance looking more positive than it ever has before, you will be joining us at a moment in time where what we build now will define the next era of insurance operations.\nDevelopment - Project Manager\nJob Overview\nThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. The Project Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, managing risks, and supporting business growth in a dynamic, evolving environment.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with the CTO on managing the deliverables, keeping track of progress, and communicating in case of delays.\nKeep track of all tasks, releases, and delays. Should be able to plan for the projects, handling tasks and dependency.\nResponsible to run the daily scrum calls across development, AI, security and support.\nResponsible for preparing release plans and exec summary reports.\nCoordinate and oversee all activities, monitor progress, and highlight any issues or roadblocks that arise.
