This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sustainability expertise, and technical platform execution.\nThe Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in helping commercial real estate owners and asset managers understand how Measurabl’s platform drives regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and portfolio-level performance improvement.\nThis is not a traditional demo role. It is a consultative, revenue-driving position that translates complex sustainability and building performance challenges into measurable business outcomes.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities:\nThe essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPre-Sales Partnership & Deal Acceleration\nPartner with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on complex enterprise opportunities\nLead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholders\nTranslate global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutions\nDeliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrations\nBuild solution architectures and implementation roadmaps\nLead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responses\nAddress data integration, API, and technical architecture questions\nProactively remove technical objections to accelerate sales cycles\nValue Engineering & Business Impact\nQuantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies\nSupport ROI modeling and executive-level business cases\nArticulate how Measurabl improves NOI, reduces OPEX, and strengthens sustainability reporting and capital market positioning\nAssist in expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios\nProduct & Market Feedback Loop\nServe as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering\nIdentify recurring integration or workflow friction pointsSupport roadmap prioritization with market-backed insight\n\nStay current on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends impacting commercial real estate\nEducation & Experience:\nWe have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl.
