the Role\nKey responsibilities:\nManage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality and service delivery.\nDevelop and implement operational strategies, KPIs and corrective actions.\nManage budgets, expenses, margins, profitability and financial reporting.\nDrive sales, business development, customer relationships and market expansion.\nOversee production planning and execution, including workflow, stock, waste, quality and turnaround times.\nDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.\nManage supervisors and operational teams, including performance, IR, training and succession planning.\nEnsure effective maintenance and management of assets and equipment.\nMaintain health, safety, quality, compliance and risk-management standards.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall business performance.\nRequirements:\nDegree/diploma in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.\n8-10 years’ management experience, with at least 5 years at senior management level.\nExperience managing large operational teams.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen.\nProven experience with budgets, profitability and operational KPIs.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.\nExperience in glass manufacturing, glass processing, glazing, aluminium, construction
