the Role\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.\nEnsure production plans and delivery targets are achieved on time.\nMaintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure manufacturing documentation is accurate and audit-ready.\nWork closely with Quality Assurance to manage deviations, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).\nMonitor production performance, including yield, scrap, rework, and downtime.\nLead, develop, and manage production supervisors, team leaders, and operators.\nEnsure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.\nCoordinate with Procurement and Engineering to ensure material availability and equipment reliability.\nManage production costs, budgets, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years’ management experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements is advantageous.\nPharmaceutical manufacturing experience is advantageous.\nExperience in a contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) environment is advantageous.\nExperience managing unionised workforces is advantageous.\nA postgraduate qualification
